Showy Milkweed, Asclepias speciosa 100 Seeds

Once common throughout the Western half of the Lower 48, Showy Milkweed has a wide habitat distribution. An easy to grow favorite of Monarch Butterflies. 

It's best to plant in two to three patches instead of scattering or broadcasting around. 

Easy to grow indoors or out, Showy Milkweed prefers dry to moist well drained soil. Rocky and sandy is great for Showy Milkweed. Full sun and does not tolerate shade. 

Showy Milkweed tends to lean over, this isn't a problem for the plant, but staking can remedy this.
