Eremogone kingii (King's Matted Sandwort) 10 Seeds

King's Matted Sandwort is a very petite and easy to grow plant, perfect choice for rock gardens and filling cracks along walkways.

Growing out of sandy rocky to sandy loam, forming dense mats only an inch or two wide and then than an inch tall. Then in late Spring the green cushions give way to tall stalks crowded with beautiful and dainty white flowers. Dotted on each petal. 

Extremely drought tolerant, moderate cold tolerance, see its distribution. Likely to grow a lot wider as a matted carpet with appropriate conditions. 

Try planting with primrose ssp, buckwheat ssp, galletta grass and Utah milkvetch.

Germinates readily, no pre-treatment required.
