Oenothera caespitosa (Tufted Evening Primrose) 30 Seeds

Tufted Evening Primrose aka Scented or Stemless Evening Primrose is excellent addition if you're looking for a large and beautiful flower with superb drought and heat tolerance.  Grows well in sandy-loam, sand, gravel, and tolerates moderate salt. Grows well in most fast draining poor soils.

Very similar to cut leaf or pale evening primrose. Except its defining characteristic is its low growth habit - hugging the ground and flowers without stems.

Perfect in the front of the garden or along a path where you want some low growing beauty. Excellent addition for pollinators and biodiversity as it blooms in the evening and attracts nocturnal pollinators like hummingbird moths, and bats. 

Try in a hot sunny spot, or rock garden and plant with rubber rabbitbrush, Utah milkvetch, white sagebrush, buckwheat ssp. and penstemon spp. 

Cold-moist stratification 30-60 days then sow in pots or desired location. Or plant outside late Fall to early Winter.
